Location
Usually, we’d be working away from our office in Hatch Street but Covid19 means we’re all working from home for now, and that’s where you’d be based too until it’s safe for us to return into our office environment.

Ideal Candidate
• A qualification in Digital Marketing beneficial
• 3 years managing Google Ads campaigns
• Experience with Facebook advertising. Facebook blueprint certification beneficial but not necessary
• Experience setting up tracking with Google Tag Manager
• Experience in Google Data Studio and creating reports
• Strongly numerate and comfortable manipulating data sets
• Commitment to deliver first class work every time, and never leave a quality issue unchecked
• Experience working directly with clients
• Excellent written and verbal level of English
• Excellent analytical, organisational, project management and time management skills

Principle Accountabilities
• To mentor and assist the Digital Marketing Executives to ensure they are managing their campaigns effectively and can communicate effectively about PPC with clients
• To manage a number of key accounts
• To lead and execute all digital advertising strategies, including paid search, display advertising, remarketing, paid social, and other online advertising channels
• To take ownership of the measurement and tracking requirements for all digital advertising ensuring we can track all stages of the funnel and effectively report on ROI
• To work closely with marketing team members (content, social, customer marketing, etc.) to deliver a collaborative strategy and drive high-quality traffic to core site and landing pages
• To manage and develop the skills of team members to ensure that they can manage and optimise accounts
• To stay on top of the latest PPC trends and to identify opportunities from these trends
• To identify processes that can drive efficiency and performance
• To continuously optimise PPC campaigns to achieve better ROI for our clients
• To attend client meetings, sales meetings, pitches and budget meetings where required
