Your New Role

We are excited to be recruiting for a new Paid Search Specialist! This role will sit across our portfolio of PPC clients and be directly responsible for managing a section of these. It is also important that the person in this role be comfortable discussing strategy and recommendations with account managers to improve and grow clients’ performance as a whole. We work with a number of hospitality clients, but our portfolio’s broad range requires flexibility and agency experience would be a huge asset for any candidate.

The candidate must be based in Ireland. You can work remotely (from anywhere in Ireland), in our Dublin city office or a combination of both. You must be in a position to attend in person meetings as required (we currently have office days twice per month). You will have direct responsibility for a portfolio of clients. As Paid Search Specialist, you will have an important role to play in assisting with client successes.

Your duties as Paid Search Specialist

  • To manage the PPC campaigns for Sprint Digital’s client portfolio both Google & Bing Ads (search, performance max, display and some video)
  • To work with Digital Marketing Executives and Account Managers to ensure they can communicate effectively about PPC results and strategies with clients.
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets for paid search campaigns to align with client goals.
  • Set up tracking for search campaigns using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, including the necessary pixels and tags.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in the paid media space, including exploring new AI-powered tools and emerging platforms.
  • To take ownership of the measurement and tracking requirements for all digital advertising ensuring we can track all stages of the funnel and effectively report on ROI
  • To stay on top of the latest PPC trends and to identify opportunities from these trends
  • To continuously optimise paid search campaigns to achieve better ROI for our clients
  • To attend client meetings, sales meetings, pitches and budget meetings where required
  • To work with the head of digital on creating and presenting sales pitches
  • To continue to build our and improve the PPC offering from Sprint Digital
 

Ideal Skills

  • 2+ years managing Google Ads PPC campaigns in an agency, with an emphasis on search and performance max
  • Experience with other paid media platforms (particularly paid social or Microsoft Ads) strongly beneficial
    • Hotel industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Hotel Ads/Google Travel Ads experience preferred but not required
  • Strong numeracy and data analysis skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in preparing and presenting digital marketing reports.
  • Strong organisational abilities and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certification desirable.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
