Your New Role

You can work remotely (from anywhere in Ireland), in our Dublin city office or a combination of both. You must be in a position to attend in person meetings as required (we currently have office days twice per month). You will have direct responsibility for a portfolio of clients. As Digital Account Manager you will have an important role to play in assisting with client successes.

Duties will include

  • To act as the main point of contact for clients, managing client communications, timelines, and expectations.
  • To liaise between clients and technical specialists (web design, PPC, paid social media teams)
  • To present digital marketing strategies to clients, collaborating with the team on strategy formulation.
  • To manage budgets and client hours.
  • To implement and oversee email marketing strategies using platforms like Revinate, Mailchimp, etc.
  • To develop and execute organic social media strategies, including content creation and competition management.
  • To engage in copywriting activities for blogging, web content, emails, and social media captions.
  • To manage existing key accounts and develop new sales strategies in collaboration with the Head of Digital.
  • To interact with suppliers and clients to discuss, scope, and deliver projects.
  • To collaborate with design, content, revenue management, and sales teams to increase client satisfaction.
  • To plan and control the budget of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • To identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction beyond their current marketing plans.
  • To assist in new client onboarding 
  • To conduct digital marketing reporting and presentation for clients.
  • To oversee integrated and multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning to completion.
  • To communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing.
  • To ensure organisational effectiveness and strong client relationships.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Hotel industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Project management skills with proven success in managing campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills for client interaction.
  • Experience in preparing and presenting digital marketing reports.
  • Organisational abilities and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certification desirable.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices.
  • Content creation and publishing experience, including email marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, particularly WordPress.
  • Social media management experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
