Your New Role – Starting September 2026
This is a hybrid role with our head office in Dublin 2. As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will hold a senior position within the agency, blending high-level digital strategy with hands-on technical execution, leadership, and creativity.
Priciple Accountabilities
Website Management & Optimisation
- Assist with the ongoing performance, maintenance, and enhancement of Sprint Digital’s client websites.
- Work closely with the website development team to prioritise projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve website usability, user journeys, accessibility, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate website testing, quality assurance and launch activities.
SEO & Content Performance
- Assist with SEO strategy across client websites, including on-page optimisation, content planning and technical recommendations.
- Review and optimise website content to ensure it supports search visibility, user experience and commercial objectives.
- Monitor organic search performance and implement initiatives to drive growth.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and best practice.
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, and expectations are managed effectively.
- Attend client meetings to provide digital marketing expertise, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Manage a portfolio of client relationships where required, acting as a trusted digital marketing advisor.
- Support sales and proposal activity by providing digital marketing input and recommendations.
Client Performance & Account Oversight
- Monitor the performance of client digital marketing activity across SEO, PPC, websites, and content channels.
- Review campaign results and identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, conversion, and return on investment.
- Provide clear recommendations and actionable insights to clients and other team members.
- Support account managers in delivering digital marketing objectives and client retention.
Team Support & Collaboration
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to members of the digital marketing team.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and performance check-ins with the team.
- Work closely with PPC, SEO, website development and account management teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
- Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing and best practice across the department.
Communication, Teamwork and Leadership
- To respond and react to all communication and requests from clients and suppliers in a timely and professional manner
- To attend all internal and external meetings as requested.
- Participate in regular conference calls
- To liaise with other departments and PREM Group properties
- To be completely familiar with all PREM Groups’ products and services, and to promote them whenever possible
- To lead by example, specifically regarding personal presentation, punctuality, attendance, application to work, teamwork and customer care
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of experience building and managing websites, with a strong preference for WordPress.
- 2+ years of experience managing clients and leading client onboarding processes.
- 2+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and guiding team members.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for clear copy.
- Proven experience creating and optimising website content for SEO.
- Familiarity with tracking PPC campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms.
- Hands-on experience with website building, maintenance, plugin management, and troubleshooting.
- Strong organisation and project management skills with a proven ability to hit deadlines.
- Confidence leading client calls, explaining reports, and attending sales meetings with senior management.
- Ability to work independently with high autonomy in a remote team environment.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
- A related third-level qualification (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or Computer Science).
- Experience with Elementor or other drag-and-drop page builders.
- Familiarity with WPEngine and other hosting environments.
- Deep experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with Google Core Web Vitals and browser developer tools.
- Previous experience working within an agency environment.
