Digital Marketing Executive

Your New Role

Based at the Sprint Digital offices in Dublin 2 you will have direct responsibility for the portfolio of PREMIER SUITES properties in the UK.

The role will involve occasional travel to the UK. As Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll have an important role to play in assisting with the development of direct customer communications for our serviced apartment portfolio, PREMIER SUITES.

    Duties Will Include 

    Working closely with the digital marketing team, sales teams, local managers, and revenue management teams, you will be supporting the PREMIERS SUITES brand objectives to drive more revenue to our properties via their official website and ensure consistency of brand identity and message across all online channels.

    Ideal Candidate

    • Minimum 1 year experience in a digital marketing position
    • Previous experience in a digital marketing role in a hotel, serviced apartment or hotel group
    • A qualification in digital marketing
    • Experience managing business profiles on social media
    • Google Ads and Google Analytics certified desirable
    • Experience with Google Analytics
    • Plan and execution of digital marketing campaigns including PPC, remarketing and display
    • A strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation and best practise
    • Ability to create and publish quality content to increase client engagement and brand loyalty
    • Experience in working with Content Management Systems
    • Ability to create, design and launch email marketing campaigns
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Excellent organisation and communication skills and a strong ability to manage relationships
    • A creative individual who pays great attention to detail has the ability to work on their own initiative

    Principle Accountabilities

    • To work with all PREMIER SUITES properties to increase online engagement and revenue
    • To ensure the PREMIER SUITES websites are promoted as the primary distribution channel at all times
    • To identify areas where sales and revenue can be improved and to formulate plans to address same
    • To create, develop and manage content for PREMIER SUITES’ websites
    • To develop and implement a social media strategy for PREMIER SUITES brand and support individual locations
    • To track and monitor the success of online initiatives and website metrics (impressions, demographic, revenue generated) and issue monthly reports
    • To work closely with sales and revenue team to ensure the standardisation of package descriptions for website special offers
    • To maximise the social media profile of each property developing and managing pages on consumer social networking websites such as Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, YouTube etc
    • To assist with creating promotional calendars for PREMIER SUITES including special events and publishing of special offers on property websites
    • To assist with set up of new websites and booking engines and oversee content management and technical set up of same
    • To provide advice and support to improve website performance
